Configure the Pre-Order Jobs the Same as Other Jobs

Description:

Currently, there is a checkbox option available for all pre-order jobs. However, we want to have the same options for frequency, runtime, and schedule time for pre-order jobs as we have for other jobs

What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

This feature allows us more precise pre-order scheduling, ensuring consistency and better resource allocation across all job types.

What are the acceptance criteria?

• Add a frequency option for pre-order jobs.
• Add runtime option for pre-order jobs.
• Add a schedule time option for pre-order jobs.
• Ensure these options are configurable in the same manner as for other jobs.
