I got asked multiple times about the exact setup of this integration, therefore I guess It's time to set up a playground with an example setup.

Maybe this is also a good start to migrate this into a monorepo to support a playground package.

Take a look at how nuxt/nuxt is handling this for their projects, this feels like a good approach.
