Currently the qemu boot method for LAVA TestJob template uses https://hub.docker.com/r/kernelci/qemu image as defined in

kernelci-core/config/runtime/boot/qemu.jinja2

Allow making the container registry a Maestro task argument in case some labs cannot access Docker Hub (see kernelci/kernelci-pipeline#660)
