Chcę móc zedytować wiadomość wysyłaną nowym użytkownikom
By zaktualizować ją o nowe dane

Kryteria akceptacji

  1. Wiadomość powinna być walidowana ze względu na maksymalną długość (limit długości wiadomości na DC)

Uwagi

  1. Możliwe że w pierwszej wersji edycja i wyświetlanie będą połączone, w tym wypadku funkcja ta powinna być dostępna tylko dla administratora
