Domain Proxy benchmark/performance report

We would like to have a CI mechanism that would run specific integration/performance tests (like a specific scenario where something adds a bunch of CBSDs, CBSDs enter SAS flow, something graps logs, something does updates etc) and at the end of such test, we could generate a performance report/benchmark report.

We could use the metric backend to make such report but currently we do not exactly know what to measure and what to report.

This is a placeholder epic for future planning.
