This feature is about extending Magma with another gateway, GTP Gateway, that will be able to tunnel AGW's GTP packets to Roaming Partner PGW via single PGW Tunnel.

GTP Gateway will be a baremetal machine (similar to AGW), that will handle WireGuard connections from multiple AGWs, and proxy them to PGW via single tunnel. Returning packets from PGW will be routed back to designated WireGuard tunnel to appropriate AGW.
