In Marketplace > Install plugins, show plugins authored by "matomo-org" first? #1

In Marketplace > Install plugins, it would be nice to show plugins authored by "matomo-org" first. Or alternatively show first the plugins that were most recently updated?

Will move this in the marketplace plugin and I won't work on it as we don't do the same thing on OnPremise either AFAIK. We do not want to give our plugins more visibility than others.

BTW the marketplace returns it by last updated but https://github.com/TGMPA/TGM-Plugin-Activation is changing the sort order which would need to be overwritten somehow.
