Currently, the last specified SAML attribute is always set to isRequired="false" in the exported metadata.xml file. I've added a workaround in #11 which introduced the attribute eduPersonScopedAffiliation which our mapper does not need at the moment.

This issue can not be closed until the bug is fixed in Synapse and/or pysaml2: matrix-org/synapse#8720
