Translate docs to Japanese (and potentially other languages in the future)

@daigo3 has created a translation for Melange docs in Japanese, which currently lives in https://melange-doc-ja.vercel.app/v2.2.0.

Now that we are using Vitepress, we could have translations added to this site directly: Vitepress internationalization docs.

I wonder about how versioning will work, but I understand the translations are "best effort", and sometimes it will take some time to update them with the latest content. They will start being available on the unstable branch, so that when a new version is published, we can publish English + all translations together 🤔

Hi @r17x thanks for your interest :) It'd be great to have docs in Bahasa 👍 I think the instructions in this page should help getting started, but tbh I haven't tried them. If you run into any issues, please share them so we can figure them out!
