Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently only set memory and CPU, but we are using also ephemeral-storage for the Scan API and the nodes scan.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should set ephemeral-storage as we do with CPU and memory:
https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/configuration/manage-resources-containers/#setting-requests-and-limits-for-local-ephemeral-storage
