Some format updates

Hello we recently made some story formatting changes to the wiki so wanted to let you know so you could update your formatter!

1. Npcs
   We recently changed the NPC code to use the Story Character template on the wiki so now the code for npcs is

{{Story Character|npc|Some Random NPC}}

2. Bottom Nav
   New template to make coding life easier for everyone BottomNav
   replaces this code from the bottom of the page

   Another new template StoryHeader
   for personal stories should go btwn the Personal Story Tabs template and the FanTL template
   example
