GPT4ALL Server mode activation through Python or cli command

Hey all,

I'm looking for a possibilty to activate the server mode dynamically instead of clicking on the button from the interface, is there any possibilities ?

No, that's not possible.

But it'll be active again the next time you start the application, so you don't have to do it again unless you disable it.

However, the setting is saved in your own GPT4All configuration*, so as a workaround you could programmatically access that .ini file and change it. However, I think it will be overwritten if the application is running, so you'd have to do that before starting it.
