Report master configuration after provisioning #36

After a master is provisioned, the following information should be reported:

The IP address
How to access the console
The console admin email address
The console admin password

I've long thought there should be a core vagrant info or vagrant status <machine> command that does this.

not sure how that would work through plugins @Sharpie, but this is an excellent idea.
