I guess you're on Windows with a Chromium based browser ? 😄
Do you know any good polyfill library ?

Yes, chromium browser will have this problem

In Firefox

Only Catalan, Scotland, Ireland can have its icon because they are not flag emoji

Besides, those 3 emoji seems like haven't in a line with other flag emoji

And this occur in all languages UI

https://github.com/twitter/twemoji might be a solution. I need to investigate it.
