how to restart everything(where is the save file located?) 如何重置进度？

I did modified some code, but now i want to restarted all the process, but i don't know how to do it, there is no saving file or i don't know where is it, anyone know how?
我改了一些code现在想重置进度，有人知道怎么重置吗？是要删掉存档吗？存档在哪里？ 如何删除啊？

I'm not sure what you're asking, but I would guess to just delete your copy and get a new one:
git clone https://github.com/pagefaultgames/pokerogue.git

just delete your localstorage for localhost

but how? i am sorry, i really did my research, but couldn't figure out how, i am assuming just delete something under "AppData\Roaming\npm"

You can delete localstorage from F12 -> Applications, no need to mess with the files
