Search loading indicators shown when visiting https://swarmstr.com/search #21

Steps to reproduce:

go to https://swarmstr.com/search
verify that two search indicators are shown
verify that no request to the api in regards to search was made

Actual result:
Looks like the search is performed (which isn't) with an empty string.

Expected result:
No loading indicators should be shown as the search is not performed with an empty string.
