Enable donors scrapping

The donors list should be updated automatically whenever someone donates from stripe

I think this feature was already implemented on the old website. We can migrate and serve the scripts on the new website:

• https://github.com/qgis/OLD-QGIS-Website-see-QGIS-Website-for-current-one/blob/master/scripts/commit_donor.sh

These should handle automatically (with some updates) the donations from stripe (including webhooks), update the list (json), commit and push to github.
