Allow Multi-line Table Comment Entry in DB Manager

Feature description

Currently if I want to add a Comment to a database table when using the DB Manager I have to work with a fiddly single-line text box. If I need to create a more extensive, multi-line comment then my work around is to type it out in a text editor first and then cut & paste it in. It would be great if I could have the space to just type it all out in QGIS instead.

This is true both when using the Import vector layer window:

(not much space so may also require a scroll bar on the side)

...and the Table properties window.

(lots of dead space that can be used)
