Creating an option to remove class level

I am one of the organizers for Boston Railsbridge and unfortunately we only offer one class level. We would really love to use Bridge Troll, but can not since we can not remove the class level selection from the students sign up form. If you agree this is a feature to have I am more than happy to open a PR.
