Modeling this section off of meetup.com's commenting/like/reply setup. If I am not mistaken, I think my section is dependent on Collaboration Station.

@nitsirk I was not sure. What was your understanding of the functions of the two sections?

I'm thinking this section would play off of the information listed in Collaboration Station. Someone would post a collaboration need, then someone else could encourage it by clicking a "like" button. Or after a collaboration is complete, someone could mention/"like" it in the encouragement section.

Does anybody else have any ideas that I should include?

maybe a good way to share thoughts on how a page should look would be to create a wireframe? I have used https://wireframe.cc/ before to make simple wireframes.
