ability to scrub all addresses and hashes in the gui

when screenshotting the gui, e.g. for sharing etc. it currently includes txn hashes and addresses etc.

this basically immediately doxes anyone sharing strats

of course, all of this stuff can probably be reverse engineered from onchain data relatively easily for someone who is motivated, but putting it all right there every time makes it easier than it should be for casual usage

for this i'd just create a component that can be wrapped around anything and will put a grey box over the top of whatever is inside. use a store to control it globally and put an eyeball icon next to the dark mode icon in the sidebar
