Different colors for used/maxed resources

I couldn't find / figure out how to easily do this. I was thinking it would be nice to have indicators turn yellow / red when resources are used up (like for the CPU) but with RAM / HDD / Network (for the network I'd imagine that you'd have to set maximum bandwidth too.)

Maybe even have the weather temperature turn blue / red when it's cold / hot out (I know what those are is very subjective so each person would need to define those for themselves.)
