Last reply link should link to thread, with post anchor

As discussed previously, vibenews should track the read status of posts (I'm still working on the statistics for the DFeed bit array implementation, with the forum.dlang.org data). Still, for now, I would argue that the "Last reply" link should link to the thread (with the appropriate #anchor for the last post), and not to the individual post. Linking to the individual post makes reading the preceding posts unfriendly, since the thread paging links are missing, and thus you have to go back to the forum, to open the respective thread.

Definitely! The current implementation was just the path of least resistance, so to speak.
