Option to open Metals Settings from the left navigation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It is a bit difficult to find where the required settings for metals, for example to change the build server.
You need to open the command palette and then type "Metals" to find relevant settings.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if there is a new button on the metals section, which on click will automatically open the command palette with "Metals:" pre filled.
