Add more filters

• Option for showing only instances with the lastest version
• Option for showing only onstances with 100% uptime

I think it would be great to have checkbox with this functionality.
Ofc if selected search box would be disabled

1. There are also forks in the list / "latest version" does not have a context
2. The grade says absolute nothing about an instance .. its nothing more than a rough estimate from the searx.space servers POV on the instance / TBH .. we can not look inside the instance and how it is from the POV of a real user who located on a different place .. we should consider not to rate or sort (to much).

Already exist, type "V" in the HTML column.

1. Option for showing only instances with the lastest version

Somewhat already exist, type the date of the last commit in the Version column.

2. Option for showing only instances with the best grade

Only exist, type "A+" and "A+" in the columns "TLS" and "CSP".
