As far as I can tell, we don't get these response codes from PayPal, even when the user uses a credit card. We may need a separate call to get these, or maybe PayPal handles this part on their own?

PayPal does not currently return CVV/AVS information, but it's on the roadmap. Leaving this issue open so we eventually implement this, but removing it from the roadmap as we have no idea when this will be implemented!
