What is a financially sustainable business model for a Steward ? Are we convinced that the current incentivization structure guarantees continued long-term participation from Stewards ?

Each participating member will need to make an annual decision on ROI of their investment.

It is assumed that some members will charge their clients for access to their entitlement transactions while others may not charge and include such access as a perk/benefit.

There is no way to answer such a question for all potentially interested parties. Gauging on interest from Sovrin where >80 Stewards have signed up based on a philanthropic model that does not include write trx entitlements, one can assume a market exists.

Learning from other consortia, IMO it is prudent to start identifying a small set of use cases that has wide appeal to businesses and make headway in the small set rather than taking on a lot of use cases. This may drive to the sustained participation aspect.
