Once Bedrock Consortium is established formally. There will be a number of Task Forces or Workgroups whereby Members will be asked to resource specific endeavors. This is how communities work today -- very collaborative. This is how Sovrin works today., So the Success of the Consortium is dependent on the energy injected into it by members.

If we feel that each Founder and/or Steward must commit to some number of contributing resources for workgroups then we should include this in the Term Sheet.

At the point we bring in the executive sponsors into the discussion, this is a great point to bring up.
