[iOS] No Profile image for 1 sec on the Home screen after user has been freshly created

Bug Report

leftover of #20912

Problem

Basically this issue happened when notification popup appeared.
Firstly popup appeared and then Profile photo.
It was fixed but not for iOS.

Steps:

Install app (both platforms)
Go through onboarding and Enable Notifications

Expected behavior

Profile photo is present right after user is redirected to the Home screen.

Actual behavior

No Profile photo for one second approx when user is redirected to the Home screen.
