Blue Screen of Death when using SuperF4 on shutdown screen #26

When I click Start>Shut Down it shows a screen that says it is waiting for programs to close before it can shut down. If I press Ctrl+Alt+F4 now I get a Blue Screen of Death. (Windows 7). Just not pressing Ctrl+Alt+F4 at this time easily fixes the problem.
