What did you do?

@keyframes without a name:

@keyframes {
}

@keyframes with an @apply

@keyframes myKeyframes {
	100% {
		@apply text-red;
	}
}

What did you expect to happen?

No linting errors should happen when using @keyframes without a name or with an @apply
