Build against several PostgreSQL versions?

Hi Sven,
I've managed to run our builds using GitHub actions and running the test suite against several PostgreSQL versions.

If this kind of setup is of interest, I can provide a PR setting up the P3 builds to run against all the supported PostgreSQL versions.

Thanks for letting me know. This is certainly cool.

I try to keep things as simple as possible though, for this feels as overkill.

Compatibility between PostgreSQL versions is pretty good and I did not yet encounter real problems.

If at one point I need this, I will let you know.
