Reload: Dashboard is not removed after deleting file

The dashboard is still displayed with old information, leading to confusion.

Reproducing steps:

• Start application with configuration folder with 2 or more dashboards
• Delete one dashboard TOML file
• Trigger reload
• Dashboard list on top still contains dasboard name/link

Better behaviour on reload:

• Dashboard gets removed from dashboard list
• In case the current page gets removed, no alerts should be visible
