I've noticed tack.io doesn't provide high level introduction to TACK. Personally I failed to understand what TACK is about by reading the website (I know very little about TLS, CAs and cryptography). But this Arstechnica article was very helpful to me:

Writing introduction-level material is likely not easy, but simply linking to this article would be nice I think (and probably to some other articles as well).
