Notes:

For cell clusters input I think we can just take mouse and human dataset used for input and separately on each of them run PCA, KNN, and clustering with certain resolution
Human/mouse protein embedding is provided by them - may need to map EnsemblIDs to other symbols (haven't checked yet). If needed the conversion can be downloaded from BioMart
