Describe the bug

On the text input test page https://designsystem.digital.gov/components/text-input/accessibility-tests/ the success criteria check for 3.3.2 should change from screen reader to "general". That success criteria is primarily for identifying that instructions are present; not that they are correctly marked up for screen readers.

The correct SC is for "info and relationships.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Go to https://designsystem.digital.gov/components/text-input/accessibility-tests/
  2. Read the test check language for 3.3.2

Expected Behavior

  1. Change 3.3.2 test wording to be a check for Info and relationships. Keep the same wording, it works for this success criteria https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/info-and-relationships
  2. Add 3.3.2 Labels and instructions test to "general"
2 a. . Reword the test check to read "Visible labels or instructions are present. There are clearly visible instructions or labels to identify what type of data is expected in the field."
