The Contribution Guidelines is not there yet and mabe we can piggy back on the awesome manifesto?

The awesome manifesto is more for the awesome list creators, not awesome list contributors.

The Contribution Guidelines from there -- are about "How to make a pull request from GitHub UI".

Currently our pull request authors could be from SHACL Community Group members only. I am not sure that we need a GitHub PR Primer for our contributors.

Maybe some inclusion/exclusion criteria like in "Curation" section of the awesome-selfhosted would be more useful?
