LdapRealm-LdapKeyStore attributes consolidation #263

There is a lot of attributes with identical meaning between keystore and realm, but different attributes names/syntax.

I suggest following changes of LdapRealm:

rename rdn-identifier to name-attribute (or divide it, if make a sense)
rename search-base-dn to search-path
search-recursive vs use-recursive-search
new-identity-template by new-item-template
