Suggested resources page

Problem

Our community frequently recommends resources (articles, podcasts, books, etc.) to each other, but we currently have no place to capture all those recommendations.

Solution

There should be a page on the website where community members can suggest resources. That way, anybody looking for suggestions can easily draw upon the collective knowledge of the group without having to ask the same question again.

Notes

This is in the "idea" phase, so anybody who takes on this task should suggest their preferred solution before starting to code.
