After blocking a site, the filter pill updates the number only after manually refreshing the page.

Expected behavior

After blocking a site, the post should disappear, and the filter pill should immediately update to show '0 Blogs'.

Actual behavior

In step 4, the post disappears from the list, but the '1 Blog' filter pill incorrectly shows '1'.
In step 5, after refreshing, a prompt appears, and the filter pill updates to the correct number '0'.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open the Reader.
2. Navigate to Subscriptions.
3. Tap on the '...' overflow menu on a post
4. Select 'Block this site'
5. Pull to refresh

Tested on [device], Android [version], JPAndroid / WPAndroid [version]
