Remove fastlane helpers and actions from WPAndroid

The WordPress-Android repo has its own duplicate copies of fastlane helpers and actions that it has been using instead of the ones from release-toolkit.

Most of those should be pretty close to doing the same as the ones that are now in release-toolkit, but the diff is not empty and the code have slightly diverged between both versions; so before blindly removing the ones in WordPress-Android we should check the differences first and ensure that switching to using the ones in release-toolkit instead of the local ones won't break WPAndroid's release process logic.

Most of them have been removed during the "Localization Toolchain Modernization" project… except the actions around screenshots (hence still keeping this open despite the good progress done on it)
