Default title for an event

We have a room in our organisation that we book for videoconferencing. Each time I have to manually add my name to the title so that people can eventually contact me if they need the room too.

Could event have be automatically named ? In my case, I would like something like:

• {User Name}
• {User Name} visio
• Réunion de {User Name}
