Art4\JsonApiClient\Utils\Manager wird im Client direkt verwendet und kann nicht gemockt werden. Der JSON API Parser soll daher in einem eigenen Parser aufgelagert werden. Das erlaubt es uns auch später, dem Parser eigene Objekte zu übergeben, in die er die Daten parsen soll.

Art4/JsonApiClient kann auf v0.7 upgedated werden.
