We may want to allow some rules (e.g. default ones) to be replaced by others (e.g. user-written ones), we don't have a mechanism for this now. I also don't know how can that be specified (do we do an exact match on url pattern + processor + args?).

Somewhat related to #3, which is slightly different (but it may make sense to close it).
