What's the News?
- 新增Fea 2, Windows Vista的msvcrt模式。
- 行为调整，优化ucrt的库体积与性能，尽可能的使用weak转发。
使用方法：与VC-LTL 4一样，把VC-LTL helper for Visual Studio.props 添加到工程即可。
这是临时测试版本，请不要在生产环境中使用！！！
