## Installation

You can install the development version of `pixelatorR` with:
pixelatorR can be installed from GitHub with:

```

### Installation from source

You can also install pixelatorR from source by cloning the repository.

```shell
git clone https://github.com/pixelgentechnologies/pixelatorR.git
```

From R:

```r
devtools::install("<path to pixelatorR directory")
```

or with:

```r
install.packages("<path to pixelatorR directory", repos = NULL, type = "source")
```

Alternatively, open the project in RStudio, navigate to Build and then press Install.

## Notes

pixelatorR is designed to work with objects types from the [SeuratObject](https://github.com/satijalab/seurat-object) R package. For the best user experience, we recommend installing [Seurat v5](https://satijalab.org/seurat/).
