ALL 1.8->1.18+ support

This version of server tools (6.4.9) is the FINAL version of support for ALL versions (1.8 from 2014 until today, June 12th with the release of 1.19).

Only security patches will be provided for this release, provided any are found / reported, even if in the new 1.18+ ONLY branch (main).

Hex Support (1.16-1.18.x)

This version adds support for HEX color codes (#FF00FF for example)
