Preview: ⌛⏳🍷 🔔 ⌚⏰⏱⏲

Includes:
- U+231B, U+23F3 (hourglass)
  - Took some hint from the Chancery X to draw the hourglass curves.
  - This finishes the MouseText set (hopefully).
- U+1F377 (Wineglass)
  - Part of Additional Symbols for Legacy Computing characters which are (currently) unified with emoji. #2136 (or The other Legacy Computing characters unified to existing codepoints #2192).
  - Implemented in the simplistic style like FairfaxHD. Literally just a U-shape with some extra bars.
  - This is done before the arch refactor, so I'm not sure if this needs to be changed.
- U+1F514 (Bell)
  - Closes Bell (U+1F514) #2184.
  - The shape can probably be refined somehow.
- U+231A, U+23F0-U+23F2 (Clock variants)
  - Extension of the clock glyphs (with some decoration). This excludes Mantelpiece clock for now as it is in a different block.
  - Some of the decorations look a bit weird in italics. Not sure how to fix.

(Other changes are minor cleanups)
