Scatter Plot: Zoom not very responsive #3152

Expected behavior

Zoom is smooth and precise.

Actual behavior

Zooming with scrolling has a lot of lag. It is sometimes very hard to zoom out.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

File (iris) - Scatter Plot.

Additional info (worksheets, data, screenshots, ...)

This is needed for reporting on plots. Sometimes some data instances are at the very border and one would like to see them better. Zooming doesn't work very well for some users (at least for me).
