Sets edit status header to indicate status type

Description

This change shows the type of status being edited in the header of the edit status page (both in the page itself and in the page title element). It's verbose and repetitive in order to make the translations work well, and all the ways of re-using the if/else block seemed like they created more complication than copy/pasting did, which it why I just copy/pasted it.
